This is what she got for showing up late. Well, some people had to travel from other districts, and they couldn't always be there bright and early to watch the trainwreck start. No, she just had to show up in the middle of it.
She steps forward, letting Wally handle the physical restraint part. He clearly had that under control. Okay, he didn't. But she really didn't want to do it herself.
"Both of you, stop it. Dib, you're letting him goad you into doing something stupid. Worthless green thing, I really don't care if you live or die, so if you do? Behave."

Oh, jeez--!!
Danny's right behind Wally. Well, not right behind him, but following at a reasonable distance considering his relatively slower speed. He darts past Wally as he pulls Dib back, reaching for Zim and grabbing him by one tiny, tiny little arm. In a moment, both are intangible -- but for Dib's sake, still visible, just to show they weren't running away.
"Yeah, seriously, guys! Will you just chill?"

GLaDOS. Danny. HE COULD KISS YOU BOTH.
Well, actually, he'd really rather never ever never kiss either of them. ever. BUT HE WAS VERY GRATEFUL. He tightened his hold on Dib, because, really, he didn't want the kid to fall into hysterics. (Made him realize just how small Dib really was, too.)
"Yeah, gonna second the chill request."

Suddenly, it's not just Dib involved. It's several other humans- or maybe more like two, and he's being pulled away- suddenly, not physically attached to anything. Intangibility?? This is... not something he's experienced before. He tries, in actual fear, to pull away from Danny now.
"GET AWAY FROM ME! ALL OF YOU!" Yeah, it's not fake fear this time. He doesn't like being touched.

So completely wrapped up in hysterics, Dib doesn't even notice that it's GLaDOS trying to talk to him; all he sees is a scrawny green alien trying to ruin everything good he's ever had in his life.
He howls, kicks, and scratches at Wally, trying to propel himself out of the teenager's arms by sheer force, trying to get to Zim before Zim manages to escape from Danny.
"LET ME GO! LET ME GO, I HAVE TO CATCH HIM!"

Terry had been on the other side of the stadium, and it had taken him a moment to locate the source of the yelling. When he did, he'd made his apologies to Dana, promised he'd stay close, and taken off. This was, after all, what he'd come for.
By the time he'd gotten there, most of the hard work had been done - which left him to lurk near the background, keeping a sharp eye on everything.
Which has advantages of its own - he might learn more this way.
And... more with the yelling.
"Oh for crying out loud - Stop it. Both of you. Stop attacking each other."
For a teenager, Terry can actually pull off a decent menacing even without really trying.

Ow ow ow ow ow! Good thing Wally had accelerated healing, because Dib sure didn't care about clawing him to death. Okay, minor exaggeration, but man. For a kid, he had sharp nails!
"Dib- ow- stop -ow- will you hold still?! I'm not letting go! Not until you promise not to jump on Zim the first chance you get!"

"Look under his hat!" Dib shrieks, refusing to calm himself down but at least stops directly attacking Wally. He thrusts an accusing finger at Zim, cheeks flushed with adrenaline and pent-up anxiety. "He hides his antennae there! Look under his HAT!"
He swings his leg back and releases, as if to kick the hat off Zim's head himself.
Unfortunately, Zim and Danny being intangible as they are, Dib's boot swings harmlessly through Zim's head.

Tally kind of figured something like this would happen. Sighing in resignation, she removed her hood and changed her suit to its armored mode, darting towards the rapidly-growing group trying to control the situation. Her anger doubled when Dib attempted to kick Zim.
"Pull them back!" she yelled to Wally and Danny. Her contribution was to throw up a barrier -- while she normally went for the invisible variety, she figured lacing the barrier with her Bending trace would prevent everyone else from running into it. Now the feuding parties were effectively separated, and Dib wouldn't have another opportunity to assault Zim.

...Dib.
Okay, Dib's increasing hysteria was just... really distressing, okay? Wally liked Dib. He cared about the kid, headache that he was. And he liked him a heck of a lot more than Zim (who was admittedly hilarious), which was, perhaps, why he was so nosy with him.
He edged back at Tally's request, relieved to have a little more help, but also worried that it was just making a bigger deal of things. But still, he didn't like to see Dibso worked up.
"Zim, everybody here already knows you're an alien. Can you just take off the lame disguise already? Nobody's gonna jump on you for it." The 'aside from Dib' part was left out. But. You know. Common sense.

"Yes, please. We aren't idiots. We know you are an alien." Even the idiots could probably tell he was an alien; she'd have to ask Wheatley later, for verification.
"See, Dib? We know he is an alien, and potentially a threat. You don't have to prove anything."
Not that Dib seemed to be listening to her. How disappointing; the intelligent, rational boy that she happened to like had all but disappeared in the presence of this Zim. She'd have to do something about that later.
Tally's shield, however, took care of the immediate problem.
"Thank you. Now can you two pretend you don't hate each other for a few moments? It's rude to pursue vendettas when you have company. You'll have plenty of chances to try and kill each other later."

Panting in huge, exaggerated gasps - all that screaming seems to have worn him out - Dib sinks into Wally's arms, glaring at Danny for his pseudo-betrayal.
"You KNOW? You know he's an alien and you're letting him go?!"
His eyes flick briefly up to GLaDOS - when did she get here? - and he looks away, embarrassed for shouting in front of her.
Instead, he concentrates all his loathing and fear for his new home on Zim, pinned and waiting with bated breath to see what the little monster would do.

Danny shrugged. "Of course we know. We all believed you, Dib. Besides, Zim's kind of a terrible liar."
Danny looked down at Zim a moment when an idea struck him. He shrugged and loudly declared, "Well, I guess since Zim wants his privacy, it's only right that I use my teleportation powers to teleport out of here and give him some!"
With that, Danny turned his head to flash a quick smile at Wally before he turned invisible.

"Barring that, there are ways of stopping him from leaving without watching him remove his disguise. Or the disguise could simply be removed for him without much effort," Lelouch said. The situation was relatively under control, but Dib still seemed far too worked up at the moment. That would not help his case, particularly considering his recent actions.
He raised his eyebrows slightly when Danny followed up his offer to teleport away by promptly disappearing from view. Lelouch then glanced at Zim, watching to see how he reacted to that.

Tally was considerably surprised at Danny leaving -- not because he did, but because she hadn't realized he was an Angelii capable of teleportation. He hadn't seemed that advanced on the Network (regardless of his lovesick status). Frowning, Tally reached out with her awareness...
...and there he was. She could see a stark black-and-white Bending trace, very recent and unmoving. He hadn't teleported. He was just Bending himself invisible.
Clever little sneak.
Getting a similar idea, Tally put a hand on her hip and turned to Lelouch. "I don't know about holding him in place or anything like that. It seems a little invasive. I think it might be better if we all just teleported out of here. Maybe--" she glanced poignantly at Dib--"it'll help get this sorted out quicker."
She pulled her hood back over her head. "If anyone wants to come with me, I can transport them."

Zim frowns deeper at the thought of being forced to stay in one place. That would really hinder his escape. However, the tattooed human seems to be intent on letting him have his privacy. He remains silent though, until everyone has left, his arms still crossed.

Furiously puffing out his cheeks, Dib's attention flicks from Zim to Tally and back again, angrily clenching his fists and his jaw.
Already trapped in Wally's arms, there was little he could do or say to persuade the other Wakened to take off Zim's disguise themselves.
"Just use Bending!" He finally sputters at last, straining before slumping back down, still active despite exhausting himself. "You know he's going to run, he doesn't need PRIVACY to take off contacts and a HAT!"

Caesar didn't rush to the scene immediately. He could have, yes, but in the chaos, he would have been little use. The ones dealing with it at the moment were more used to dealing with physical confrontations, and he left them to it. As he walked down, he caught Skyfire's eye, and shook his head. No. Another person would confuse the situation further.
As the struggling continued, Caesar kept a tab on the shouts and words being thrown around, unplugging the computer and packing up. They were going to leave, and leaving the computer would be one more thing that Dib could argue for staying. He slung the laptop case strap over his head so that it wouldn't be dislodged easily, settling it on the opposite hip. That done, he moved forward.
When he came up to the group, Caesar's face was etched in a permanent frown. He wasn't happy. No, actually, he was pissed, but perfectly in control of his anger. He had to be in control, lest he did something that he would regret. When he spoke, the anger simmered in the calm of his voice.
"If 'it's cool', I'll take Dib from here. Thank you for stopping him," he glanced around at the others for a moment before focusing down at Dib. "We're going home. Now."
There was no room left for arguments in his voice.

Angry tears were forming in Dib's eyes as he sat in Wally's grip, furious over how Zim just waltzed right on in, as usual to assert control and dominance and plant a big stupid Irken flag in everything Dib cared about.
And yes, the presentation had been more or less a disaster from the get-go, but he'd honestly believed it had been for a good cause. Zim was dangerous to Nautilus, as dangerous as he was to Earth. And Dib had found a home in Nautilus: friends, family, acceptance, and love. And then this little green monster, his worst enemy had shown up to not only ruin his life, but to also take from him all the people he cared about.
The thought of Zim winning filled him with so much anger and frustration that buckling it all in was impossible: hence, attacks like this one. He knew that no one else shared, and in fact scolded him constantly for his fervent desire to see Zim's organs strewn all over an autopsy table, but he could take the scolding: none of them knew what it was like to watch an alien menace come so close to destroying everything you'd ever known.
He locked eyes with Zim, and in that instant knew that even though he was probably going to face horrible repercussions - did Caesar believe in shock therapy, he wondered? - he had to see this out to its conclusion.
"I'm not going," He breathed, slowly and deliberately, still staring at the alien. "Until Zim takes off his disguise. I want you to SEE him like how he's supposed to be! I want him to understand how STUPID he is."
"And then I'll go home."

Tally shrugged and turned to Caesar. "He's probably not going to let this go. We might as well humor him."
She flicked her suit back to its invisibility mode, then began taking that invisibility and trying to extend it outwards. Next to her, Wally disappeared. She considered leaving Dib visible, but she couldn't take the chance that Zim would continue to refuse -- making Dib "leave" after the fact would look too suspicious. She continued pressing outwards, covering the entire group in her Bending.
And finally, only Zim was left in the plaza.

Wally wasn't even on the receiving end of Caesar's anger (mostly. He was pretty sure the 'cool' thing had been a jab at him), and he couldn't help wincing taking a step back, and shifting the boy out of Caesar's reach. Ouch. Dib was in for it now.
"You don't have to go," he muttered to Dib. Maybe he could just run off with him until Caesar cooled off? For, like... a day. He could camp out in the museum and.... interrogate Razer about being an alien.
Maybe not the best idea.
They could have a sleepover in America's old treehouse! That could work. They wouldn't even have to bring their own snacks. Caesar was a reasonable guy, right? He couldn't stay too mad too long... right?
But now they were invisible, and he guessed it was up to Zim to make the next move now. He'd worry about one thing at a time.
